There are four different questionnaires in the pages that follow.

	The first one pertains to the converting industry.  If you are processing a web such as paper, film, foil, non-woven, textiles, steel, aluminum or any other material in the form of a continuous web or flat sheet, please fill out this questionnaire.
	The second questionnaire pertains to the paint finishing/powder coating industry.  If you wash, prime and paint metal or plastic parts, which may be conveyed on an overhead or chain on edge conveyor, please fill out this questionnaire.
	If your application is unique and special and does not fit into the first two categories, please fill out this questionnaire and give us as much information as you can on your product and process.
	This last questionnaire will help us design a Dryer for your Flexo Press. It is our FLEXO INTERSTATION QUESTIONNAIRE.
